HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Location: Nottingham: 3 days office based, 2 days at home.
We're looking to hire an experienced HR Business Partner to provide an exceptional level of HR delivery and partnering service both to internal stakeholders and associated third party suppliers, based in Nottingham.
JOB SPECIFICATION:

Reskilling and upskilling by identifying training needs, with subsequent alignment with the T&D function on training programs to support their business objectives.

Provide support with strategic workforce planning initiatives to ensure that their workforce is the right size, cost, shape and is agile enough for the future.

Support in identifying, selecting and developing key talent to ensure that they have talent to fill critical areas.

Conducting weekly or biweekly meeting with business leaders and provide HR advice

Providing guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and procedures.

Conducting day to day performance management guidance to line managers (this could include coaching, poor performance, mentoring opportunities and career planning.

Helping line managers deal with people and change related issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
The role requires someone who is an experienced HR Business Partner with a background working in a fast-paced commercial environment who is educated to degree level with a minimum of Level 5 CIPD qualification.
